DESCRIPTION This country house, recently restructured, has preserved the charm and the warmth of the former Tuscan country cottage it once was. It is surrounded by more than ten hectares of olive groves, orchard and woods. Standing on the top of the hill, it dominates the whole valley, there are fantastic views of Montecatini, just 5 minutes away by car, famous for its thermal treatments. Excellent furnishing.
ACCOMMODATION Independent country house sleeps 20 on the ground floor there is a dining room, lounge with bar, large living room with fireplace, large kitchen, cloakroom, two single bedrooms, three double bedrooms each with private bathroom and shower. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two single bedrooms each with private bathroom and shower.
AMENITIES Swimming pool (12 x 5.50m.), large garden, terrace, solarium, barbecue, wood burning oven, pets area, table tennis, children’s play area, mountain bikes, parking, air conditioning satellite tv. On request: cooking courses, ceramic painting and ‘mandala’ painting courses, beauty treatments.
