The Villa is an old tuscan country residence and an ideal place for groups, who want to pass a beautiful vacation together.
Technical description of the Villa
The villa is for 10 up to 20 persons and has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a breakfast- room, 2 double bedrooms and a big kitchen with a big chemny and 2 WC.
On the first floor there are 5 double-bedrooms, four with their own bathrooms and one with the bathroom on the corridor.
On the second floor there are 5 double-bedrooms, , four with their own bathrooms and one with the bathroom on the corridor.
The Villa has a nice parc and a 7x14 metres large pool.Alle Zimmer sind mit Bäder mit Dusche ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen großen Park und einem 7 x 14 m großen Pool.
