This beautiful luxury and stylish Villa is located in the beautiful landscape of the south of Tuscany close to San Casciano and also close to one of the most famous Thermal baths of Italy: Fonteverde.
The Villa is located peacefully and has been carefully restored, taking care of every detail.

There is a big kitchen with chimney. Further more there is a living area with chemney and Flat-Screen Sat-TV and Stereo, a dining room.
Further more there is a small entrance hall, a double bedroom with single beds with direct access to the garden and own bathroom with bathtub with hydromassage, a single bedroom with own bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor there are beautiful outside areas around the house: a beautiful Loggia with a beautiful view over the pool into the hilly landscape.

At the first floor:
There is a smaller office, a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with bathtubwith hydromassage, another double bedroom with double bed with own bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with single beds and own bathroom with shower. Further more there is also a direct access to a stone stair from the first floor to walk into the garden.


Next to the main villa, still within the fully fenced garden and ground of the place, there is an annex building: At the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double bed with own bathroom with shower with hydromassage. At the first floor – with own acces from outside – there is another double bedroom with double bed with own bathroom with bathtub with hydromassage.

In front of the Villa there is a 6-12 metre large beautiful swimming pool.
