The property consists in two Villas. From both of them you have breathtakaking views on the surrounding hills and both villas share the use of the swimming pool located in the green sourroundings of this beautiful countryside.
Skillfully renovated, the Villas retain their original ambience of typical old Tuscan countryhouses with their clean harmonious design. The inspiring panorama of the hills nearby and the valleys make of this property the perfect choice for relaxing and wholesome vacation holiday.
The larger Villa (15 +1 persons) it divides as following:
Ground floor: a spacious living room with satellite Tv , fireplace and upholstered sofas, a dining area , a kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 2 electric ovens, dishwasher, toaster. ice maker, american coffee maker .
At the ground floor there are also 1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
On first floor there are 3 double bedroom with double bed, 3 bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedroom with 2 single beds , 2 bathroom with shower, 1 single room with a sofa bed for 1 person 1 bathroom with shower.
The smaller house ( 4 +2 Persons) has only one floor: There is a living room with a ktchen corner /dining area .The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster. There is also 1 double room with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with satellite tv and a double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom with shower.
Outside there is the swimming pool 12 x 8 mt with daybeds, outside shower and a apple tree fields, all around the garden.
To reach the villa you have to pass an about 600 mt long dirt road.
