Im Preis eingeschlossen ist ein Stromverbrauch bis 600 KW pro Woche. Über diese Grenze hinaus werden 0,30 Euro pro KW nach Verbrauch berechnet.
Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein normaler Wasserverbrauch. Bei Wasserknapppheit könnte über eine in der Regel ausreichende Menge des zur Verfügung gestellten Wassers für Gäste über diese Grenze hinaus 5 Euro pro CBM Wasser berechnet.
Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als einer Woche Dauer gilt folgende Regelung:
Zum Zur-Verfügung-Stellen von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern nach einer Woche Aufenthalt 10 Euro pro Person berechnet - oder aber im Zuge einer kompletten Reinigung des Hauses für 200 Euro werden die Betten auch bezogen und die Handtücher in den Bädern zur Verfügung gestellt.
Zusätzliche Dienstleistungen auf Wunsch kosten 15 Euro pro Stunde
Endreinigungskosten: 200 - 240 Euro
Kosten für Heizung und Klimaanlage werden nach Verbrauch abgerechnet
Kaution: 1000 Euro
