Villa Corelli is a fine example of a tuscan country house, situated at the heart of an outstanding 16th-century estate. The villa is set in a beautiful, floodlit park on the edge of a lush, wooded hill and surrounded by orchards and olive groves. To the front of the villa is a vast lawn and spacious swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun-lounge and umbrellas.
On both sides of the building are original patios in tuscan stone where wrought-iron
tables and chairs with cream umbrellas provide an elegant setting for an al fresco lunch
or early evening aperitif.

The house itself has recently been restored to the highest standards while retaining its
traditional tuscan character. Beautiful terracotta tiled floors and exposed beams adorn
every room, and several of the downstairs living rooms have frescoed walls. As well as a
large lounge and satellite television, the first floor of the property boasts a formal dining
room, fully equipped kitchen, two guest bathrooms and a beautiful internal conservatory
where breakfast may be enjoyed. With ensuite facilities in every bedroom, the Villa offers the best of modern comforts and convenience in an elegant yet rustic setting.

Second floor: 2 double bedrooms with double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 master suite with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Next to Villa Corelli is available now a charming cottage. It comprises 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (all with en-suite facilities) for up 7 guests. There is a fully equipped Tuscan style kitchen and separate dining room and stairs lead to a long spacious sun lounge with double doors opening out onto a patio area with large outdoor Jacuzzi.

This rate will include one cleaning service a week (Wednesday),the final cleaning as well as a property/estate supervisor who will meet guests on arrival to help them get settled in and will be available for urgent help or assistance. As always, electricty, heating, air-conditioning, pool cleaning will remain included in the rental rate. On arrival, guests will find the villa stocked with a selection of soft drinks and water, breakfast items such as tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, milk, butter, cheeses, fruit and fresh bread.

A refundable Deposit of Euro 3000 is required upon Arrival.
