The Villa is located peacefully in a forest, offering a wide beautiful view and offers a perfect situation, who wants to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany in a peaceful environment, but also in reasonalbe distance to the next Villages and towns like Siena.

The main house is divided as following:
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and Satellite-TV, a dining area and the kitchen with dishwasher and another dining table. From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden. Further more there is a double bedroom with double bed and direct access to the garden and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with double bed, each with its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have a bathtub and one bathroom has a shower.
The annex building:
About 30 metres distant there from the main house there is an annex building: There is a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The pool of the Villa is 8 x 16 metres large. Further more there is a whirlpool for up to 4 persons.
The Villa is a beautiful place to pass a vacation in Tuscany for up to 10 persons.
