This beautiful Villa is located very close to Arezzo and offers great possibilities for a great vacation, especially for groups. The Villa has an own tennis court, a nice pool, a separate whirlpool and a small gym. The Villa offers a great view to Arezzo and the landing path of the small airport of the citiy is about 1 Km away. So some noises can be heard, if planes are landing or leaving, but it can be also quite nice to have a great view to the airport. The city of Arezzo is easily to reach from the Villa and so it is a grat place to go out and also to visit other important cities in Tuscany like Siena or Florence.


The Villa is surrounded by a wide park, where the green of the backyard and its plants prominence with varied colours of the flowers; who wishes to relish oneself with relaxing moments can decide to dive in a swimming-pool either enjoy oneself with a tranquillity of sun parlour situated in a strategic position that makes it dominate the city of Arezzo.


Everyone, who’s more active and doesn’t disobey the physical forms even on holiday or at work, can betake into a well-equipped fitness centre or have a play at a tennis court or even have a walk between the olives on the 3 hectares of plantation completely fenced.


For who wants to relish oneself with a beautiful movie, there is available a glamorous cinema corner with wide screen that allows everyone to breathe the emotions of a real motion-picture theatre.

On the groundfloor there is a dining- and breakfast-room, the kitchen, the living room with direct access to the terrace. Further more there is a bath with bathtub.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower. Further more there is another single bedroom with onw bathroom with shower and a litle terrace. From this room a connecting door leads to another single room, but this single room has also a separate entrance from the corridor. Also this single bedroom has a little terrace, but is using the bathroom of the other single room.

Further more there are 4 more double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with double bed and another single bed and own bathroom with shower.
Further more there are 2 apartments:

They both have a double bedroom with double bed and 2 bedcouches, each for one more person, a kitchenette. One of the apartment has a bathroom with shower and one has a bathroom with bathtub.

The Villa is located at 2 km from Arezzo, 50 minutes from Firenze, Siena, Perugia and Montalcino and about 20 minutes from Cortona.
In Arezzo you can pay visit to: the Etruscan Museum, San Francesco Church with its admirables Piero della Francesca Frescoes, the Cimabue Crucifix in San Domenico Church and many others discoveries.

Noteworthy it's the antiquarian market in Arezzo each first sunday of every month, one of the most important in Europe.

The prices on the price list are for an occupation of 10 persons and allow the use of 5 bedrooms.

For an occupation of 11-15 persons and the use of up to 8 bedrooms the prices are as following:
low season: 4800 Euro - Middle saison : 5467 Euro -High season: 6534 Euro

For an occupation of 16-20 persons the prices are as following:
low season: 5867 Euro - Middle saison : Euro 6534-High season: 7600 Euro

Gas and electricity and so also costs for ari condition are charged by consumption. Also the cost for heating would be charged by consumption.

For cost of air condition in high summer easily 300-400 Euro or more per week could be consumed.

For the cleaning of the living- and dining are there is a cost of 250 Euro for the week. This does not include services for bedroom and bathroom cleaning, which can be ordered separately and has a cost of 12 Euro per bedroom/bathroom/day.

Breakfast can be offered for 10 Euro/person/day.
