Villa Cavalieri is located in the heart of Maremma in Tuscany. The main building has been completely renovated and is furnished in a simple but elegant style. The ceilings have retained the original beams and the floors are out of terra cotta.
You have a wonderful view to the sea and the island of Elba, Troy and Montecristo. You are also looking over avenues of cypress trees, vineyards and fields.
The property includes a large garden with pine trees, a bowls field and a barbecue, as well as a private swimming pool (14x7 meters).
With the astonishing view from the hill overlooking the Gulf of Elba, the villa represents the ideal place to relax and enjoy discovering Maremma in Tuscany. From here you can easily reach the beach which is 10 km away. Within 50 km you can reach the wild beaches of Maremma Natural Park, the Gulf of Baratti and also the cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa. Rome is 230 km away.
The villa offers place for up to 8 persons and is divided as following:
On the ground floor you can find the main entrance, the guest bathroom, a large lounge with a fireplace and a billiard table. Next to the lounge there is the dining room which leads into a fully equipped kitchen.
On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms with double bed and 1 double bedroom with single beds. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, 3 are equipped with shower and toilet and 1 has a bathtub and a toilet.
The guard of the property also lives on the property but is fully respecting the privacy of the guests.
Approximately 500 meters away of the villa there is a highway. This deficiency is compensated by the good location and the well-equipped villa. For those who do not bother the villa offers excellent conditions for a nice, relaxing holiday in Tuscany.
The villa is located very peacefully, surrounded by fields. The villa includes all comforts for its guests. It is an ideal place for everybody who wants to spend a peaceful vacation in Tuscany, not too far from the sea, but also close enough to interesting villages. A perfect combination of culture and relaxation.
