This beautiful Villa is located about 15 km distant from the sea, not far from Cecina in Tuscany. Some of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany like San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa can be visited on a half day trip or day trip.
The Villa offers a magnificent panoramic view over the surrounding hills, a swimming pool and all necessary comforts for up to 16 guests.

The villa is divided in 2 apartments, which are rent together as one property and connected inside.


Technical description of the Villa
Apartment 1 is on the ground floor of the Villa and offers place for up to 8 persons. There is a spacious lounge, a dining area for up to 16 persons, a very well equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch close to the pool. Furthermore there are 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.


Apartment 2 is on the first floor of the Villa and offer place for up to 8 persons. There are 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Furthermore there is a very well equipped kitchen, a dinging area, a lounge and a beautiful terrace. From the terrace on the fist floor you have direct access to the garden.

The pool of the Villa is 12x6 meters large. There is also a barbecue outside.

An approx. 3 km long entrance over a dirt road leads to the house.

In total the villa offers place for 16 persons and is located on the crest of a hill, very peacefully, in panoramic position with an all-round view in the hilly landscape of the area. The villa offers many comforts and is a beautiful place for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany, Italy.

WATER CONSUMPTION: in case of water problems in the area the Society could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price of 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
