The independent Villa Carlucci is situated in the hills near Pietrasanta. Marina di Pietrasanta can be reached in about 5 km very well, as well as the locations of the Versillia, like Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Lucca and Forte dei Marmi are within a short time with the car. Other Tuscan towns like Pisa and Florence can be reached in a day trip.
Villa Carlucci is a new house built in the traditional Tuscan style in 2010. It combines all the contemporary luxuries of living with the architectural style that is centuries old. The property boasts large swimming pool, breathtaking views on the sea an Carrara marbel mountains, a handsome plot of land full of olive and fruit trees, chestnuts and pines. It stretches out on 5 hectares promising seclusion and calmness, as sell as glimpses of local wildlife, including deer.
The Villa presents 230 sq meters of living space and offer place for up to 8 persons. The front side of the villa has two levers of extended terracing with spectacular views at the Versilia beaches form la Spezia to Vireggio. The patio outside he kitchen has a dinging area for 10-12 persons and a large BBQ. The large marble swimming pool (10,5x17x2 meters) is only a few steps from the main house. From the pool you enjoy spectacular views of the sea.
