Villa Carducci is located in a large, private and exclusive pine forest with three accesses, one way leads direct to the see.

Marina di Pietrasanta can be reached in about 5 km very well, as well as the locations of the Versillia, like Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Lucca and Forte dei Marmi are within a short time with the car. Other Tuscan towns like Pisa and Florence can be reached in a day trip.

The Villa offers the best conditions to enjoy a restful and relaxing holiday with family or friends in Tuscany.

The Holiday Villa has a total area of 260 m² and is divided on 3 levels.

Technical description of the Villa:

On the ground floor is the main entrance of the villa. There is a well equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table, as well as a single bedroom (with the possibility to ad a cot) and an en suite bathroom with shower.
The kitchen has a direct access to a large terrace, another access in the living room leads to a further terrace. The large terrace on the front of the villa is an ideal place to relax in the afternoon or to enjoy a good glass of vine with family or friends in the evening. The terrace on the backside of the villa is perfect to dining outside or to spend undisturbed one's time.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with double bed, all with en suite bathroom, 2 of them with shower and toilet and the third of them has additional a bathtub.

On the second floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

The villa has not a private swimming pool but is close to the sea.

In high season bookings are possible at least for 2 weeks.
