Villa De Capri is an old Tuscany farmhouse situated in the heart of the splendid landscape of Casentino, Region Arezzo near Bibbiena and only about 3 Km distant from Poppi. The Villa offers great possibilities for excursions to Florence, Siena and Arezzo and for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany.
The original structure has been restored respecting the typical country traditions: stone walls, open brickwork, beams and tiles, old thick walls and notable living quarters furnished with antique furniture in Tuscany style.
The villa is made up of two independent apartments and the annex building and offers place for up to 13 persons.
The Villa is part of a large property with other 2 houses which are rented separately, but each with its private outdoor pool.
On the property you can find a common wellness area with sauna and indoor pool. The using of this area is not exclusive and will by shared with other guests of the whole property on request and is charged separately.
The villa itself is fenced and has an independent access, offering total privacy. The villa has 6 bedrooms and offers enough place for up to 13 persons.

Apartment Lo Stalliere set over 2 levels - place for up to 6 persons:
• 1 large double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilette
• 1 large double bedroom with double bed
• 1 double bedroom with twin beds
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilette
• 1 living room with bathroom facilities
• large room with fireplace and well equipped kitchen with direct access to garden.
Appartement L'Ortolano set over 2 levels - place for up to 7 persons:
• 2 large double bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
• 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds) with bathroom
• 1 service bathroom
• Large room with fireplace and well equipped kitchen with direct access to garden.
Each apartment is fitted with TV satellite, telephone and Internet connection.
The communal annex building is situated in the middle of the garden and consists of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, wooden oven and outside area furnished with wooden table and chairs: ideal area for guests to prepare meals and eat together outside.
There is also a utility room with washing machine in the annex building.
The guests of the Villa have access to the biological vegetable garden which is cared for using old local farming traditions and methods. On request and on payment the guests have the possibility to have breakfast to the nearby Relais or to enjoy the Wellness-area of the Relais.
On the large property (ca 60 ha) only a few steps away from the Villa the guests find also a private lake for sport fishing.
The property includes a large 12x6 m private swimming pool and a large garden.
Villa Capri is a great choice for everybody, who likes to enjoy a beautiful vacation in a typical Tuscany country villa close to Poppi in Tuscany in the Casentino area.
