Technical description of the villa

The villa is suitable for up to 8 persons and has 2 floors:

On the ground floor there are two lounge rooms furnished in typical Tuscan style, including fireplace, LCD television, DVD and HI FI stereo.The kitchen is fully furnished and contains many kitchen accessories and appliances like: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and dishwasher. On the first foor you can find furter more a guest toilet.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with double bed and 1 doublebedroom with single beds, all with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilette.

The outside area of the Villa is weel furnished: There is a large terrace for outdoor dining and a 5 x 10 meters large pool.

The terrace offers a beautiful view into the tuscan landscape.
