The Villa Cappella is situated on a hill near San Gimignano on offer a beautiful overlooking the landscape of Tuscany. The villa is ideally located to reach Tuscany’s most interesting sites and cities easy. Siena is about 30 km, Florence 40 km, Pisa 60 km, Greve in Chianti, Penzano and Castellina in Chianti are about 20 km far from the Villa.
Besides the Chianti, the Crete Senesi, about 30 km away, and the Val d’Orcia, about 45 km away, are two interesting and fascinating scenic destinations.

The Villa, a historical chapel, has been wisely renovated by the owners, even the small belfry was rebuilt and a bronze bell was installed. The owner live near the villa and are pleased to offer services like extra cleaning, breakfast, lunch and dinner on request.

The Villa is surrounded by cypresses that provide shade, the surrounding garden is equipped with tables, chairs and a cement barbecue. Behind the villa, on a hillock, is the private pool, it is large (about 15 Meters) and offer a beautiful view over the surrounding valley and hills. The owners personally look after the cleaning of the pool and as well as take care of the garden.

Technical description of the Villa:

The ground floor includes one double bedrooms with double bed with access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and freezer, with access to the garden, as well as a small storerromm with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A wooden stairway leads to the first floor, which includes a double bed room with double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a double bed room with twin beds.


In the garden there is a barbecue area to enjoy the dinner and lunches outside as well as the splendid view into the Tuscan landscape.
