The Villa is situated not far from Pontassieve about 20 km from Florence, at the center of a well connected network of art sites and are surrounded by olive plantations, vineyards and forests, an ideal place for a restful and cultural holiday.
The property is excellently situated. The most interesting cities in Tuscany like Arezzo 60 km, Siena, 90 km, San Gimignano 80 km are reachable in a half day or day trip. There is much to visit in the surrounding are and the Villa is an ideal starting-point for exploring and enjoying Tuscany.
The Villa was originally built during the early middle ages as a living quarters for the farming monks of the Vallombrosa monastery. Than the quarters have been restored into 3 apartments with may be rented on a weekly basis. Two appartments you con finde on the first floor and one appartement you can find on the second floor of the villa.

The pool of the estate is 8 x 4 metres large and is situated next to the Villa.
