The vacation villa is situated in the beautiful green landscape of Perugia, not so far from Città di Castello. In 2010 the villa has been completly restored in an outstanding quality. The beautiful countryside and the high standard of the villa offer fabulous possibilities for spending a relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy.
The villa is diveded as following:
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fire place, a dining room also with fire place, a kitchen with a cooking stove, oven, a dishwasher and a big rifrigerator. Further more there are a doubleroom with doublebed, a bathroom with bathtub and a separat shower, an other separat WC, a washing room with washing machine and laundry dryer. In the little entrance hall there is a nice stairway to reach the first floor.
On the first floor there are a doubleroom with two singlebeds which can be connected as a doublebed and an own bathroom with bathtub and a separat shower. Further more there are two more doublerooms with doublebed, each with own bath, large bathtub and separat shower.
The quiet location and the high standard of the villa are straordinary. A longer dirt road leads to the Villa. Who will accept the route will be recompensed with a beautiful outlook and a tastful ambience. An outstanding choice for a relaxing vacation in Umbria, Italy.
