And, more specifically, in fascinating surroundings, immersed in a fairy-tale garden, amidst the violet of the iris and the red and white of the rose gardens, - carefully designed by a noted architect, Porcinai - which can be admired from the bedrooms and from the whole house for each level of the house there is a large terrace, also ideal for taking a view to the horizon.

A gazebo provides the perfect area for outdoor dining or for simply spending an evening in the
fresh air enjoying one of the spectacular sunsets that this valley offers – its picture perfect vistas
appearing to be the artifice of an expert hand.

Once the sun has set, you will be left with only stars to keep you company, along with, perhaps, the humming of cicadas on summer nights; timeless and simple elements that in this marvellous setting add to the magic which dilates the senses and sharpens memory, aiding to capture a never-to-be-forgotten moment.

The place is also ideal for families with children who can play on the lawn.

For shopping, the villa is quite near one of the largest factory outlet malls in Tuscany. Here one
can conveniently acquire some of the most famous brands such as Dolce e Gabbana, Coveri,
Ferrè, Fendi, Cavalli, Cardin, Klein etc…, enjoying savings up to 40% or more. Further north,
guests can shop at the separate outlets of Prada and Gucci. The distance from Florence
downtown is exactly 20 minutes.

The interior of the villa has been tastefully renovated to create a bright atmosphere, admirably fusing the classical with the modern, while fully respecting Italian cultural tradition.

The bedrooms, naturally bright and endowed with large drapes, are decorated in Tuscan style with all modern facilities.

Recently remodelled preserving all the traditional Tuscan elements but without sacrificing any modern comforts, this residence presents the perfect mix of functional elegance and careful conservation. The red edifice, with its generous windows and large shade trees surrounding it, makes guests feel completely at ease, immersed in an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity.

Outdoor furnished areas provide the ideal setting for enjoying a moment in the shade among friends and family on hot summer days sipping a good Chianti, reading a book, savouring a meal of local specialties or just relaxing and having fun.
For more active-minded guests, an invigorating swim or a walk through the splendid Tuscan countryside can be the crowning of an idyllic vacation day.

Ground Floor:

Dining room with fireplace and a a very charming atmosphere, the antic crystal chandelier and the big dining table invites you for savouring delightful meals.

The living room furnished with big white sofas, beautiful hand-made white linen curtains, precious Biedermaier paintings and mirrors and an opened marble fire place , goes directly to a large terrace overlooking an amazing scenery offering the view of the ancient watch-tower appreciating a breathtaking moment.

A lovely hand-painted trompe l’oeil breakfast room, where the eye dances over delightful touches.

Modern and well equipped kitchen with all that occurs: American fridge, five flames, oven, microwave, espresso machine, american coffee maker, water heater, toaster.

Powder room (Extra toilette and hand-wash basin).

First Floor:

4 Individually styled bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with double bed and ensuite bathrooms with tub and shower , 2 single bedrooms : one of this with ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower , the other is sharing the above bathroom. The two double bedrooms and one single bedroom have air- conditioning .

All windows have mosquito screens.

The price does not include:

There is a fix extra charge of 500 Euro per week. That covers:
a consumption of 300 Kw electiricity per week

heating is charged extra and has a cost of 500 Euro per week.

Additional usage of Internet, usage of electricity over 300 Kw per week are charged by consumption (over 300 Kw, € 0,70 per Kw).
