Villa Botticelli dates back to 1100. It was an old monastery and is located in the beautiful hills near Florence and a perfect place to spend an idyllic and relaxing holiday.
The villa has been lovely restored, with careful attention to every detail and to the furnitures. There is air condition in the bedrooms on the first floor, not in the common rooms at the ground floor.
Technical description:
At ground floor there is modern reception, a bar where is it possible to have a drink or taste the wines produced in the property and a billiard room. Always at ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and two more consecutive relax and reading rooms and a small living room with piano.
There is also a dininig room with tables for 14 persons; a kitchen fully equipped with two ovens, espresso machine, american coffee maker, microwave, fridge; and a Tv room with 42" Plasma Screen sorrounded by a good sound system.
On the upper floor are the bed rooms, all with en suite bathroom, fitted with beautiful and precious antique furnitures, but also with modern comforts (Tv, Mini bar, Safe, air conditioning).
On the first floor there are a double bed room with double bed with en suite bathroom with shower , a double bedroom with double bed with en suite bathroom with tub, a baldachin double bed room with double bed with en suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with twin beds each with en suite bathroom with shower, a reading room with a splendid view, two double bedrooms with double bed - each with en suite bathroom with shower.
Outside, there is the swimming pool - 12x 6 mt -, with external shower, a loggia with a large table and a supplementary kitchinette.
