Villa Boscaglia is located on the western side of the lake in the nature reserve Parco Garda Bresciano, at the foot of Mount Pizzoccolo in the small town Gaino Toscolano Maderno and is suitable for up to 6 people. From the villa one has a unique view of the lake, the Rock of Manerba, Isola Borghese and the peninsula of Sirmione. There are only a few kilometers to the town of Salò, Gardone Riviera and Riva del Garda. The property is surrounded by 10 acres of flat land with 1000 centennial and productive olive trees.
The Villa
An atmosphere of total relaxation shrouds every detail, creating a comfortable and welcoming residence. A conservatory, built in iron and glass and facing the lake, also accomodates a living area and kitchen illuminated by an invasion of natural light. The light, filtered by the fine linen curtains attached to the ceilings, give a refined ambiance to the interiors. Delicate shades and fine décor have the ability to enhance without interfering with a perfect work of art. At the rear of the house there is the spacious, practical and functional kitchen that could satisfy even the most refined palate.
The Suites
The villa is composed of three spacious master bedrooms all equipped with every comfort, furnished with complete attention to detail and each room has its own private bathroom, a flatscreen television and air conditioning. An absolute perfect balance between the exquisite touches, refined details and precious fabrics which harmonise the surroundings in order to offer the best place for our guests to relax.
The Spa
A private spa, equipped with every comfort makes the residence complete. The large Jacuzzi and sauna are the most welcoming and perfect places of relaxation, magically embracing our guests in an area dedicated to total well-being and all facing towards the magnificent view of the lake.
The Ambience and Surroundings
A large heated perimeter overflow swimming pool equipped with salt sterilisation and a separate Jacuzzi, complete the spacious private garden set between borders of lavender, aromatic plants and roses all in magnificent full bloom. One can fully appreciate the scenery of Lake Garda from every point of the estate in a surreal visual suggestion, able to seduce even the less attentive guest.
The Service
All our guests are warmly welcomed with particular discretion. Our guests have the privilege to be able to choose their own selected assistants in order to make their stay more exclusive.
