This beautiful Tuscan Villa is located in the Casentino Valley, not far from Poppi. The Villa is for up to 10 sleeps and divided as following:

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with microwave, a professional dishwashwer and direct access to the garden with terrace and dining area. Further more there is a living area with dining table, fireplace and Sat-TV and DVD-player, and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is another living room with fireplace, Sat-TV and DVD-player, a double bedroom with double bed and a a bathtub in the bedroom, a bathroom with shower, another bathroom with bathtub and two more double bedrooms, each with double bed.

On the second floor there is another double bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, a smaller double bedroom with bunk bed and ensuite WC and another double bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Between the first and second floor from the stairs there is and entrance to another beautiful Loggia of the Villa with couches and a beautiful view.

There is a direct access to the garden from every floor of the Villa, which is located on a hill. There is a beautiful garden around the house. The pool of the property is 6x12 metres large. The owners of the Villa live next door.

Next to the Villa the owners are restoring another annex-building. For that reason the prices of the Villa are much lower than as usual. While guest are at the Villa, the work at the annex building is stopped to guarantee the relaxing atmosphere of the Villa.

In a distance of a about 3 Km there is a street, which connects Bibbiena with Poopi, which is also visible from the Villa. The location of the Villa is beautiful and central in a very near distance to Poppi and also to the golf court of Poppi.
