Villa Boninsegna is located not far from Spoleto in the area of Perugia in Umbria.
The Villa is suitable for up to 14+5 persons. There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in the Villa.
Further more there is a large modern kitchen and cool store rooms and traditional Umbrian ‘alla brace’ cooking fireplace inside and a BBQ outside. There are also three living areas
and a large dining room in the house.
Quiet garden areas, an orchard, an enclosed courtyard to the east and a terrace, overlooking the pool to the west, provide options for recreation and dining outside.
The housekeeper of the Villa lives in a cottage next to the Villa on the property.
Technical description of the Villa
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large dining room for up to 30 persons and a living room with open fireplace. Furthermore there are two bedrooms with double bed - with the possibility to be devided in 2 single beds - each with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower. There is also a guest toilette on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a living area with open fireplace and a library. Next to the library there is a studio with a single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Furthermore there are two bedrooms with double - with the possibility to be devided in 2 single beds – each with en-suite bathroom, one with shower and the other with
bathtub. There is also another suite with doublebed, en-suite bathroom with tub and another living area with a large sofa bed. Further more there are two more double bedrooms with double- that can be devided into single beds. They share one bathroom with shower. To reach the bathroom, the users of the first bedroom have to pass through the second one.
On the second floor there is one bedroom with double - possible 2 single beds -
with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Most rooms are set up for two persons -twin or double - but on request the majority have space for additional beds.
The furnishing of the Villa and the location itself offer great conditions for a relaxing and peaceful vacation in Umbria. The beautiful terrace of the Villa and the pool area are destined for unforgettable moments at this peaceful place.
