Villa Bonini is a large, restored Tuscan country house (about 318 sq m) surrounded by extensive gardens with its own private pool. There is a barbecue and a veranda with tables and chairs for dining outside. Here the guests are able to relax in absolute tranquillity and privacy.

Thechnical description:

Ground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. Entertainment room, over 90 sq m, that can be used for dinner parties or festive occasions.

First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and bath tub, 2 bathrooms with shower, spacious living room-dining room, typical Tuscan kitchen with dishwasher, free standing refrigerator, electric oven, toaster, food blender and microwave oven.

Pigeon loft: 1 twin bedroom.

Outside near the garden there is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
In the garden there is a pergola equipped with table and chairs.

The swimming pool mt 3x10 is furnished with a gazebo to relax under the shadow with confortable daybeds.

To the guests of the Villa are kindly offered free wine tasting at the farm.

In low season the minimum stay is 3 nights.

The price includes house linen, final cleaning , electricity, water

Heating cost is not included in the price and it is calculated separetely (heating cost €.30,00 per day).

On request: baby bed, baby seat and cooking service by a personal cook.In the house there are also two safewalls.
