The villa is located in the Province of Siena close to Sarteano, about 70 km from Siena. The villa offers a breathtaking panoramic view into the Tuscan landscape. A peaceful atmosphere in the midst of nature presents itself to the guest.

The villa is suitable for up to 12 persons and provides an optimal vacation atmosphere to relax and read. Really a particularly peaceful place for a wonderful vacation in Tuscany.

The Villa is divided as following:

On the ground floor there are 3 living rooms, one of them with open fire place and all with direct access to the garden and the terrace.
The garden and the terrace are equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy the dinner and lunches outside. The terrace offer a splendid view in the Tuscan landscape.
As well as there is a double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with direct access to the garden.
The kitchen is divided into two rooms on one site you can find the cooking area on the other site are the pantry and the kitchen appliances.
Furthermore you can find on the ground floor a double bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom which is accessible from the outside.

The first floor you can reached by two external stone staircase. The first staircase lead to a double bedroom with double bed with en suite bathroom furnished with shower and bathtub. The second staircase lead to a living room with open fire place and TV, a double bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower, as well as a double bedroom with double bed and intern bathroom with bathtub.

All rooms are furnished with air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The ideal location of the holiday villa, in the heart of Tuscany, offers great conditions for a relaxing holiday.
The proximity to well known art and cultural cities, like Siena or Florence, invites to interesting excursions. The beautiful garden with private heated swimming pool (5x16 meters) and jacuzzi is an ideal place for recreation and relaxation in a timeless landscape of Tuscany.
