In a beautiful corner of Tuscany nearby the medieval town of Lucca is situated Villa Boetti. Lucca can be reached in about 10 minutes by car very well, as well as the locations of the Versilia Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta or Forte dei Marmi are within a short time with the car. Other Tuscan towns like Pisa and Florence can be reached in a day trip.

The Villa offers the best conditions to enjoy a restful and relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The restored Villa offer enough place for up to 8 persons.

The villa is divided as follows:

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave and an espresso machine.

The kitchen has a direct access to the garden. The garden of the villa is an ideal place to relax in the afternoon or to enjoy a good glass of vine with family or friends in the evening as well as is perfect to dining outside or to spend undisturbed one's time.

The living room with fireplace is furnished with sofa bed for 2 extra guests.
Into the dining room there is a dining table for up to 10 persons. Furthermore you can find a laundry room with iron table and a bathroom with jacuzzi shower.


On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with double bed and en suite bathroom. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom. Two bathrooms are furnished with jacuzzi shower.

Outside there is a wood burning oven for pizzas and grills attached to the villa.

The salted water pool is only a few steps away from the villa and offer beautiful views into the Region of Lucca.
