Villa Bellucci is located just a few minutes from Cortona right in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia.

The villa offers a panorama view over the Chiana Valley where green tobacco, sunflowers and corn is growing, depending on the seasonal stage.
The villa dates back to the 15th century. This property comprises a stone farmhouse and two smaller outbuildings all of which nicely restored with all their original architectural features preserved and tastefully furnished with some antique pieces. The villa is surronded by a big park of holm trees and is completely fenced. The swimming pool offers a view over the surrounding valley.

The villa offers place for up to 10+2 persons and is equipped with air-conditioning.

Main house:

Ground floor: living room (SAT-TV) with fireplace and double bed sofa, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.

First floor: big living room and dining room with fireplace (SAT-TV, DVD), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave), reading room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.

Second floor: living room with panoramic view, 2 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. From that room you can access the attic through a steep wooden staircase. There you have 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, suitable for children.

Outbuilding 1:
Ground floor: kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with dining area, toilet. Outside you find a terrace with dining area with a spectacular view over the hills of Cortona.

Outbuilding 2:
Ground floor: bedroom with two single beds, TV, minibar, bathroom with shower, laundry (washing machine, ironing board and iron).


Garden and swimming pool:
The big garden (more than 1 hectare) surrounds the property and has a swimming pool of 5m x 10m, which is exclusively used by house guests. Deckchairs, umbrellas and towels as well as a fully equipped kitchen are available.
