Villa Bastide is located in the Provence, only a few kilometers away from the small town Draguignan. The villa is ideally located to reach the most interesting cities like Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez in the Provence easy in a half day or in a day trip.
The family house, made from stone, was built in 1813 and has been restored to the highest standards in 2003. The fully air conditioned villa offers enough place for up to 20 persons. Is has 10 bedrooms, each with twin beds, electronic safe, hair dryer and a large closet.
Technical description of the Villa:
On the ground floor of the Villa there is a large fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators, microwave, oven, clothes washers, a dryer, dishwasher and a large storage.
Furthermore there is a large dining room with CD player, hi-fi, a piano and an open fireplace (pellets) . On the ground floor you can find as well as a separate toilet. From the dining room as well as from the kitchen you have an access to one of the terraces. From there you will have a nice panoramic view of the mountains of Maures.
On the first floor there is a large living room with open fireplace and Satellite-TV with VCR and DVD player. Furthermore you can find an old but totally renovated and fully equipped Provencial kitchen and an office room with telephone and Internet access.
On the first floor you can find also one bedroom with a bathtub and separate toilet and another bedroom with a shower room and toilet. A further bedroom can be used by disabled persons and has a direct access to the terrace as well as a large shower and a toilet.
From the first floor you have a direct access to the outside.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with shower room and toilet, two bedrooms with shower room and separate toilet, one bedroom with bath and separate toilet, one bedroom with bath and toilet and one bedroom with shower and toilet.
In front of the Villa is the large salt water swimming pool (approx. 15 x 6 m), deep form 1 meter to 2 meter. From here you have a nice view to the mountains of des Maures.
For small children they have security-system: an infrared alarm system is provided along with electronic bracelets for toddlers.
On the north side of the house is a nice terrace shaded by old trees, on the west side is the parking place and the sport ground with football, badminton and basketball fields, table tennis, bowling court and a golf practice with 3 mats. On the east side you can find a very old evergreen oak tree and a stone fountain. Looking south, there is a large terrace where 20 people can comfortably have dinner. From the south terrace you have a nice panoramic view.
The property is very large and situated in a nice farmcountry.
