The Villa with dependance is situated not far from Bagno a Ripoli, about 15 km from Florence, at the center of a well connected network of art sites and are surrounded by olive plantations, vineyards and forests, an ideal place for a restful and cultural holiday. The Villa with dependance offers 3 double bedrooms with double bed and 4 double bedrooms with twin beds.

The main house offers place for up to 10 persons and is divided as following:

1 twin/double room (large beds, 100 cm) with its en-suite bathroom equipped for handicapped persons.
2 double rooms (king size beds) each with en-suite bathroom
2 twin/double rooms (large beds, 100 cm) each with en-suite bathroom
1 living room
1 music room in the pigeon loft
1 dining room
1 kitchen
1 “carnotzet” with oven
all secondary rooms



The dependance offers place for up to 4 persons and is divided as following:

1 double room (king size beds) with its en-suite bathroom
1 twin/double room (large beds, 100 cm) with its en-suite bathroom
1 living room with fully equipped kitchenette

The villa is entirely equipped with ecological, sustainable energy sources, as solar cells for electricity and geothermic system for heating and air conditioning. A wide garden and large swimming-pool (6 x 12 meters) are at the guests' disposal in the surrounding area. Outside the villa there you can find a large terrace overlooking the Valdarno.

The property is excellently situated. The most interesting cities in Tuscany like Arezzo 60 km, Siena, 80 km, Lucca 90 km are reachable in a half day or day trip. There is much to visit in the surrounding are and the Villa is an ideal starting-point for exploring and enjoying Tuscany.

Next to the Villa Barolomeo there is an other separate private villa, witch has the same owners , the villas are closed to each other, but separated by hedges and trees. Each has a private access and drive way and each villa has also a private pool.
