Villa Bandinelli is setting close to Umbertide, a small town in the Region of Umbria, Province of Perugia. This beautiful and large property offer place for up to 12 persons. The interiors of the bed- and bathrooms are very comfortable and beautiful. The property consists of a main building and an annex building, witch is a few steps distant form the main villa.

The main Villa offer space for up to 8 persons and is divided as following.


There is a large entrance hall, there will be paced in future probably a table football. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower and next door a double bedroom with twin beds and an direct access to the garden. The rustic kitchen is equipped very well with dishwasher, fireplace and is open to a dinning room.


On the first floor there is another double bedroom with double bed with an direct access to the terrace, a TV room, also with direct access to the terrace of the Villa. Upstairs there is beautiful living room with fireplace. Furthermore there is another bad room with bathtub and next door a double bedroom with twin beds.

On the second floor there is a double bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with tub and a separate shower.


The annex building offer place for up to 4 persons is divided as following:

On the first floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher and owen, an open dining room with SAT-TV. Furthermore there is a double bed with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

Wooden stairs lead to the double bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower on the first floor.

All beds are equipped with orthopedic mattresses.

The pool of the property is 4 x 17 metres large and 1,4 metres deep and is located some distance from the villa.
The property offers also a vegetable garden and a tool shed.

The beautiful position make this Villa to an ideal place for a relaxing vacation in Umbria, very close to Tuscany.
