This beautiful Villa is located only about 25 Km distant from Siena and close to Asciano. It is a great place to stay for up to 11 persons in Tuscany. The Villa is part of a bigger estate, but it has its own garden and entrance to guarantee full privacy for the guests. Before all the pool and the old trees in the garden create a beautiful atmosphere outside.

It has to mentioned, that the facade of the Villa has suffered in the recent year and won't be reniewed in the next time. The interiors of the Villa are kept in the old style. The Villa has a professional kitchen, which is ideal to cook also for a bigger group.

The Villa is divided as following:

At the ground floor there is a dining room, another small room to play cards, a simple TV-room with Sat-TV and DVD-player. Further more there is a separate WC. There is a big living room with fireplace and a professional kitchen.

At the first floor thre is a single room with own bathroom with shower, a big billard room, a double room with double-bed and own bathroom with bathtub. Furhter more there are 3 other double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and own bathroom with bathtub. And finally there is another double bedroom with single beds and own bathroom with a small bathtub.

The Villa has an own private pool which is at exclusive use for the guest and a private big garden, also at exclusive use for the guests.
