The villa is divided as following:

On the ground floor there is a large living room, a dining room kitchen/American kitchen with direct access to the garden, a double bedroom with twin beds as well as with direct access to the garden and swimming pool and en suite bathroom with bathtub and hand shower. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with double bed with access to the garden and swimming pool and en suite bathroom furnished with bathtub and hand shower.


On the first floor there is another living room with fireplace, a small kitchen, a dining room as well as a double bedroom with twin beds, a single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bed room with twin beds and a bedroom with French bed (they share a bathroom with shower), as well as a further bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The ideal location of the holiday villa, in the heart of Tuscany, offers great conditions for a relaxing holiday.
