Villa Dall’Aquila is an old country manor situated in the heart of the splendid landscape of Casentino, region of Arezzo near Bibbiena and is offering great possibilities for excursions to Florence, Siena and Arezzo in half. or in daytrips and for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. The charming village Poppi is located only about 3 Km distant from the Villa.

The Villa is a part of a large property with other 2 houses which are rented separately.

On the property you can find a common wellness area with sauna and indoor pool. The use of this area is optional, not exclusive and will by shared with other guests of the whole property. But each Villa has its own private outdoor pool and garden.

The original structure has been restored respecting the typical country traditions: stone walls, open brickwork, beams and tiles, old thick walls and notable living quarters furnished with antique furniture in Tuscan style.

The villa is made up of two independent apartments, 2 dependence and the annex building and offers place for up to 17+2 persons.

The villa is a part of a large property (ca. 60 ha land and wood) with other 2 houses which are rented separately. The villa with garden is fenced and offers total privacy. There are 8 bedrooms and enough space for up to 17+2 persons.

Apartment Il Fienile on the ground floor of the main house - for up to 7 persons:

• 1 large bedroom with double bed and one single bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilette
• 1 large double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilette
• 1 double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilette
• large living room with fireplace and well equipped kitchen
• private terrace with direct access to garden furnished with tables


Apartement Il Granaio on the first floor of the main house - for up to 6 persons:

• 1 large double bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
• 1 large double bedroom
• 1 double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilette
• Large room with fireplace and well equipped kitchen
• panoramic terrace furnished with tables


Il Frantoio, dependence - 2 persons:

• 1 large double bedrooms with double bed
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

• small kitchen
• private outside area onto garden fitted with table.

La Scuderia, dependence - 2+2 persons:

• 1 large double bedrooms with double bed
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
• small kitchen
• living room with fireplace and well equipped kitchen and 2 sofa beds
• private outside area onto garden furnished with tables and umbrellas.

Each apartment is fitted with TV satellite, telephone and Internet connection.

The annex building is situated in the middle of the garden and has a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, wood oven and outside area furnished with wooden table and chairs: ideal area for our guests to prepare meals and eat together outside.

There is also a utility room with washing machine in the annex building.

The guests of the Villa have access to the biological vegetable garden which is cared for using old local farming traditions and methods. On request and on payment the guests have the possibility to have breakfast at the nearby Relais or to enjoy the Wellness-area of the Relais.
On the large property only a few steps away from the villa the guests can find a private lake for sport fishing.

The property includes a large 16x8 m private swimming pool and a large garden.

Villa Dall’Aquila is a very good choice for everybody, who likes to enjoy a beautiful vacation in a typical Tuscany country villa close to Poppi in Tuscany.
