The country house is situated proudly on the top of a hill, surrounded by olive groves, and offers breath-taking panoramic views over the famous vineyards of Chianti. Situated just 34 km away from Florence and Siena, the Villa is an ideal starting-point for exploring and enjoying Tuscany.
As well as offering privacy, the Villa also offers numerous sports activities in the area as well as excursions to Tuscan towns that are rich in history and art. Only some kilometres away in Chianti is the picturesque village of Panzano, famous for its 12th century castle and the majestic Santa Maria Assunta church. Here you will find traditional shops for all your daily requirements as well as excellent restaurants and colourful weekly markets.
The property is Situated on a hill surrounded by flowers, Cypress trees and a 1.5 hectare olive grove. It offers a breathtaking view over the undulating vineyards with its sporadic homesteads, typical for the Chianti Classico.
The relaxing atmosphere and the great pleasantness of the property will make your visit to Tuscany an unforgettable pleasure. In the eighties it was lovingly restored by the current owner’s family and transformed into this magnificent country house.
This property has been in the hands of the family for two generations, initially used by the owners themselves as their main residence until 1999, but also still used and enjoyed by the family for their holidays and during the olive harvest where the olives are harvested by hand..
Through the personal commitment of the owners to the estate, both the property and interior decoration have been continually being improved and perfected. This way it is ensured that modern comfort is carefully and harmoniously combined with the original quaint charm of the building. The house is also being continuously adapted to offer up-to-date extras such as internet, fax and satellite television.
This property is unlike other typical holiday villas - through its own personal character and the furnishing of the house, an individual and unique atmosphere is achieved. The superior quality interior of the house includes numerous family heirlooms as well articles collected by the owners over the last decade from Tuscan antique markets. Small sympathetic details, that normally only exist in a lived-in house, make the guests feel more like they are at home than visiting.
The property consists of a villa with 2 separate units and two adjoining buildings, as well as a garden with a 6x12 m swimming pool and patio.

Main Villa, first Unit:
There is a big, well equipped kitchen and fireplace. Further more there is a dining room with a living area with couches and another fireplace. There is a double bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathroom with bathtub.
Main Villa, second Unit:
There is a kitchen and a living area with a big fireplace. Further more there are: another living room with direct access to the garden, 4 double bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with shower, reached by a smaller wooden staircase under the roof in the mansard of the house.
Annex-building:
In the annex building of the Villa there is one big room with a double bed and living area and a smaller separate kitchen. A staircase leads downstairs to a bathroom with shower.
Limonaia:
In the second adjacent building, the “Limonaia”, which was once a greenhouse for citrus fruits, has been converted to a large dining room which can accommodate up to 20 people at the long dining table. The barbecue is situated outside the Limonaia and the pizza oven is only a few steps away.
The villa has 360 m2 of living space spread over three floors and is separated into two accommodation units. This means that individuals do not have to go far in order to have privacy and isolation even when there are a large number of guests.
In order to prevent misunderstandings, we specifically want to assure you that the living quarters will be rented only exclusively – so always to one group only. You therefore do not run the risk of not living alone in the property. We can guarantee you full privacy at this Villa.
