Villa Amelia is a large farmhouse from the early 15th century, built around a thousand-year-old lookout Lombard tower and is set inside six hectares of private grounds amidst the hills covered in vineyards and olive trees, just outside of San Gimignano. You enter the villa through a large French door that overlooks the equipped courtyard. Just a few meters away is the very well-kept lawn, often visited by pheasants and wild hares, where you will find a dirt floor tennis court and the swimming pool (7 x14 m) equipped with deckchairs and sun umbrellas. The villa is comfortably furnished according to the style typical of elegant country residences; all of the daytime areas overlook the courtyard, which is equipped for pleasantly relaxing outdoors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with billiard's table, dining room and an equipped kitchen with access to the courtyard and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a small lounge, three double bedrooms, three bedrooms with two single beds in each, two bathrooms with bath and two bathrooms with shower.
It is a beautiful Villa in a central position in Tuscany, only a few minutes distant from San Gimignano and suitable for visits of Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra and other beautiful villages in Tuscany.
The Villa is divided as following:
On the ground floor there is the entrance, a big living room, a TV-room, a billard-room with fireplace and a dining room. Further more there is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwashwer and a big fridge. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is another living area with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms with 2 single bed, a double bedroom with double bed, 2 double bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, a separate WC and a 2 bathrooms with bathtub.
