This beautifull villa is located close to the wonderful town of Lucignano (Arezzo) in Tuscany.

A very elaborate pool and garden area make this villa a very special place.
Beautifully located for visiting all the sights, if ever you leave the property!

The Villa is divides as following:

Ground floor: queen bedroom and bathroom with shower.

First floor: king suite with showered bath and 2 sinks, queen bedroom with antiques and a showered bath across the hall, king bedroom with en suite bathroom with 2 sinks.

Second floor: Large bedroom with 2 single beds for older children.
No dressers or hanging space on this floor.

Living room with 26-inch TV, formal dining area, homey family kitchen, first floor sitting room with fireplace and outside staircase to the garden.

Many 18th and 19th century antiques, telephone, dishwasher, professional meat cutting machine, small TV in each bedroom, washing machine,
19th century oriental carpets.

An elaborate pool and garden area with many lounges and chairs at poolside. At least 6 tables for outside dining.

There is a big pool.
The pool house has 3 showers, 2 toilets, 2 hair dryers, and a pinball machine.
Electricity is available at the barbecue area, which overlooks a vineyard.

Gated property. Great ventilation throughout the house. Vegetable garden. Screens on all windows and doors.
Well-behaved children are welcome.

Located close to Lucignano, Tuscany. Arezzo, Cortona and Siena all within 30 minutes or so - depending on traffic.

Next to the villa is another holiday villa with pool and noises from guests of this villa could be heard at the villa. In a distance of about 10 metres there is also a secondary road with not much traffice. But some noises can be haerd also from this road at the villa.

Principally the villa is located silently and has a 2 hectar large garden, which is completely fenced. So generally you will find a beautiful atmosphere at this villa, which is located also very central in Tuscany.
