The villa is divided as follows:
The Villa is built into a slope and in the basement there is a large sitting room with a dining table, a double bedroom with double bed and a direct access to the open, further also a small sitting room as well as a wellness room with tub and hydro massage, a sauna and a treadmill.
There is also a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and an iron with ironing board. In the basement moreover there is a kitchen with large refrigerator and an oven, a dishwasher, a storeroom with micro wave and other kitchen appliances.
On the first floor is a living room with a flat screen and a fireplace and a couch. Also a double bedroom with double bed, wooden stairs leads up to an gallery with a further round bed for two children. Furthermore there is another double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The owner of the azienda live above the Villa and operate a small farm. They offer cooking lessons on request. Overall they grant a fine service for their guests.
Near to the villa there is a power line with power poles. This deficiency is compensated by the location and well equipped villa. For those who do not bother, the villa offers excellent conditions for a nice, relaxing holiday in Tuscany.
