Casa del Marinaio is sought after for its great views of the bay, the tranquility, an all day long sun drenched pool and designed for easy care and pleasant use. It is available all year, since it benefits from a six months summer and a mild climate for the rest of the time. The house is on two internal levels: upstairs with 3 bedrooms, two with sea views and a third with a private terrace; downstairs with a living and dining area, opening to a choice of terraces on either side, a separate kitchen enjoying delightful breakfasts from the balcony it also opens onto, a large 4th bedroom at the back keeping privacy; then down a few steps to the pool, barbecue, the hot/cold shower, all automatically lit at night and entertaining. Weekly bed and bath linen service and twice cleaning are included, as well as regular pool services. Private parking for two cars; a convenient set of stairs outside allows for a separate way to bring down groceries from the cars to both the kitchen and pool.
The villa consists of:
On the top and entrance floor: Car parking and front door, the master bedroom with double bed and panoramic window, a bedroom with separate (joinable) beds and panoramic window, a third bedroom with a private terrace with access to the pool below. A shower room and wc.
Downstairs: Open living and dining room with french doors and balcony offering views over the pool and the bay.The furniture is assorted in solid timber and two sofas and picture frames. Side doors and windows open on the side terraces, making it easy to move throughout the floor and balconies. A separate kitchen with internal and external accesses (also opening on terrace) with built in fridge/freezer and dishwasher and choices of coffee and tea boilers and microwave as well as conventional oven and electric as well as gas cooking and many assorted utensils, a large fourth bedroom with joinable beds and a shower room and wc. Quality solid timber furniture and drapes and curtains throughout. Washing machine, multi-channel satellite TV with latest digital decoder programmes and stereo set.
The house is a very good choice for everybody, who wants to spend a relxing holiday with seaview at Sardinia in Italy.
