Das Podere Angelo liegt auf einem Hügel, umgeben von 40 Hektar Obstgarten, in einer der schönsten Gegenden der Valdichiana. Es ist im Innern elegant und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet.

Das Gut bietet seinen Gästen geplegte Ruhe und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten nicht nur an den Rändern des herrlich großen Swimmingpools einschließlich Unterwassermassage, sondern auch im großzügig angelegten Garten, auf der Terrasse oder im Schatten der zauberhaften hundertjährigen Kiefer.

Das Podere Angelo besteht aus 11 elegant eingerichteten Wohnungen für je 2 bis 4 Personen mit allem Komfort, wie Klimaanlage, Zimmersafe, Telefon und Internet und ist für Behinderte ausgestattet. Darüberhinaus verfügt das Podere über einen Lesesaal sowie einen Turnsaal, den Gäste kostenlos benutzen können und bietet Früchte, sowie Wein und Öl (beide selbst hergestellt) zum Verkauf an. 4 Km entfernt befindet sich zudem ein Golfplatz und ein Reitplatz.

Dank seiner geografischen Position im Zentrum der Valdichiana, kann man hier nicht nur Ruhe und ein wunderschönes Panorama genießen, sondern auch die meisten kulturellen Zentren der Gegend schnell erreichen. Nur 10 Km entfernt befindet sich z.B. Cortona, 20 Km entfernt Pienza und Montepulciano und 40 Km Siena und Perugia.

In der Ebene, etwa 1,5 Kilometer vom Anwesen entfernt, verläuft eine Bahnlinie, die man in den Wohnungen, die zur Rückseite des Anwesens liegen, ggf. auch mal am Pool, je nach Wind mal mehr mal weniger etwas hören kann. Für geräuschempfindliche Gemüter sei dies erwähnt.

Die Wohnungen bestehen aus einem oder zwei Schlafzimmern, bzw. einem Schlafzimmer und einer Schlafcouch, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kochecke und 2 Bädern in den meisten von ihnen. Sämtliche Wohnungen verfügen über Heizung, Klimaanlage, Satellitenfernsehen, Telefon, Tresor und Internet verbindung.
