Description: the vestiges of the Etruscans is so much a part of this area that they co-exist with the people and their lives and are considered perfectly normal. Rites, languages, and cults have become integrated over the centuries with the people of southern Etruria, and here, in this beautiful villa, the owner showed us the passageways and tunnels
which were once part of important Etruscan tombs. The villa is surrounded by a park where some rare trees can be found, in the interior there are some original murals which were carefully maintained during the restoration. Very well furnished.
Accommodation: independent residence sleeps 10 on the ground floor there is a lounge with a fireplace, a kitchen, a small lounge-dining room, a sitting-room with lazies, a study room, a laundry, a toilet, on the first floor there is a single room, three twin rooms, a double room, one double room with wardrobe, a bathroom with two showers, a bathroom with a bath; on the second floor there is a single room in the tower.
Amenities: swimming pool (10x4mt.), furnished garden, television, dishwasher, laundry room, oven, park with a waterfall, an archaeological area with an Etruscan tomb and a small consecrated church.
