This beautiful vacation home is located close to Montelupo and not for from Florence. The owners live next door and take good care of the property, garden and pool. It is the perfect place for excursions to Florence, Pisa, Lucca and other places to visit in Tuscany, because of the strategical interesting position.

The vacation home is divided as following:

The house is divided on two levels, but from both levels there is a direct exit to the garden. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower and the other one with a bathroom with shower next door.

On the first floor there is the ktichen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher and a big fridge and a dining area. Stairs lead to a galery with couches and SAt-TV. One of the couches is a bedcouch for 2 more persons.

Next to the house is a beautiful terrace with dining table.

The private pool of the house is 7x10 metres large.

The view from the house is panoramic and beautiful. It has to be mentioned, that in a distance of about 3 kilometres the view goes also to the Superstrada, which connects Pisa with Florence. As already mentioned, the onwers take very good care of the property and provide a good service, if organisational help for daytrips and privide the guest with useful informations about the area.
