The Villa is located near to an Abbazia. The large house is surrounded by silent woods, horse paddocks and cultivated fields. The pricacy of the garden and the simming pool are protected by old trees giving a pleasant shadow during the day and thanks to a proper lighting an enchanting atmosphere during the night.

The spacious and refined house interiour offers a surprising combination of old fashion and contemporary design. Two fireplaces offer the chance of enjoying two separate living spaces suitable for reading and relaxing.
