A large comfortable house built in stone with a spacious and very paoramic garden. Villa Cerca
enjoys a view on a peaceful woody valley at the feet of Monte Cetaona as well as a dramatic view on the Monte Amiata and ist surroundings.
One can certainly be astonished by the location of the swimming pool, which is outstanding over the endless unspoiled Val d´Orcia.
The house interior combines the flavour of antique evidences, such as brick arches or ceilings beams, with modern comforts and electric furnishing.
