Description: This fine stone house, recently built, is situated on a hill opposite the town of Forcalquier. It has splendid views of the old village and the Luberon landscape. It is just 5 minutes away on foot from the centre of the village but has all the benefits of a peaceful residential area with houses and large gardens. Inside it is spacious and light and the large windows and balconies make the most of the view. Extremely well furnished.
Accommodation: independent residence sleeps 6+2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room which opens onto the garden with dining area and sofabed, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and door to the garden where there is a barbecue, a toilet, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bath. On the first floor there is a twin room, a room with a small double bed and balcony and a bathroom with shower.
