Description: Close to the town of Folcaquier in the Luberon region is the old Lincel water mill which worked up until the end of the 17th century. It is situated in 3 hectares of fields and woods on the banks of a river which is overshadowed by an ancient oak forest. This small house with independent entrance is close to the owner's home. While respecting your privacy they will be pleased to offer you delicious fresh eggs laid by their hens as well as information on the area and the most interesting places to visit. Very well furnished.
Accommodation: independent house sleeps 4+2, there is a living room with dining area and kitchenette with oven, two double rooms one with an extra bed and a bathroom with shower. A small garden opens on to the swimming pool and a well maintained lawn.
Amenities: swimming pool (5x10m.), TV, radio, washing machine, barbecue (also used by the owners).
vailable on request: In low season the owners also propose language courses (2/3 hours a day) in French, English and German – combine a pleasurable holiday with study.
