Description
This beautiful little house is blessed with an enormous charme. Embedded by tree-covered heights it is located in the area of Colline di Pratomagno behind Loro di Ciuffena next to Trevane, a tiny village, at a small lane with hardly any traffic. To your convenience, parking is possible at the parking places on the lane, that belong to the house.
Trevane has a little alimentari-shop, that sometimes on request also serves as a restaurant.
The house has been renovated by its owners with lots of love to the detail. Supplied with satellite-TV, microwavestove and the like it offers all sorts of conveniances. A fireplace keeps you warm during cold winterdays, while in the summertime you can spoil yourself by the soft climate of the area on the terrace inmidst the verdure. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view to the wooded heights opposite. The small house is very good structured. In the livingroom with kitchen you will find the fireplace and a dining-table. From this room you have access to two other rooms. One is supplied by a double-bed, the other with a bed-couch. The bathroom with shower is very nice. Altogether it is a little paradise in the green for everybody who seeks to connect quiteness in the dreamlike atmosphere of a wooded surrounding with the possibility to visit the nearby located art cities of the tuscany or who simply wants to be away from the hurly-burly of the world affairs.
