Das Haus verteilt sich über zwei Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit SAT-TV und einer großen Glasfassade zum Garten hinaus, einen Speisebereich mit großem, offenem, antikem Kamin und eine gemütliche Essküche mit Spülmaschine und Backofen. Über eine Holztreppe erreicht man den ersten Stock. Hier gibt es noch ein weiteres kleineres Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett.
Zum Garten des Hauses gibt es keinen direkten Ausgang, sondern man muss durch die Ausgangstür des Hauses, etwa 30 m laufen und gelangt so in den eigenen Gartenbereich des Hauses mit Speisetisch und einem wundervollen Blick.
Für alle Gäste des Borgo´s gibt es einen Spielpark mit Volleyballfeld, Ping Pong, Tischfussball, Schaukeln und weiteren Kinderspieleinrichtungen. Das Haus Casa Sicura wurde um ca.1100 erbaut.
