Situated on the side of a hill facing the valley below, this nice stone house is the result of careful and meticulous restoration work. The house is surrounded by a large feaceful garden with a fine swimming pool. The interiors, opening on the garden, are light and spacious. Very well furnished.

Independent residence (sleeps 8) on the ground floor with a lounge with large windows facing the garden, kitchen with access to the arcade, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.
On the first floor there is another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Bei einer Belegung und Buchung für bis zu 6 Personen wird der erste Stock des Hauses mit einem weiteren Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wanne nicht zur Verfügung gestellt und darf nicht genutzt werden. Dieser Bereich wird natürlich nicht anderweitig vermietet, steht aber nicht zur Verfügung.
Bei einer Belegung für 7 - 8 Personen und Nutzung des gesamten Hauses inkl. erstem Stock gelten die folgenden Preise:
Preise 2013 / Wochenpreise für 7-8 Personen:
Niedrigsaison: 1720 Euro / Woche
Mittelsaison: 2290 Euro / Woche
Hochsaison: 3090 Euro / Woche
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Heizkosten werden nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.
Kaution: 500 Euro
