Casa Cellini is a beautiful Tuscan Villa in a stunning countryside, it is a comfortable spacious accommodation for up to 8 persons, and a perfect place for families, searching for an ideal place for a vacation with kids.
The house is located peacefully. The owners live next door, are very friendly and have restored the property, taking care for the details. The pool is fenced for children safety.
The house has been restored within the last 10 years. It has been transformed from a complete ruin to a beautiful, comfortable and traditional country house. Equipped with everything you need for a great holiday.
There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, safe, mobile phone, free broadband access, DVD with film library, 3 bookcases full of assorted books, music centre, directions to tourist locations
Child friendly features: 2 fixed child cots, 1 portable child cot, highchair, child stair gates, baby changing mat, children's toys.
The house is divided as following:
Ground Floor:
Summer garden room, open plan dining room, fully equipped large kitchen, laundry and wc
First Floor:
2 double bedrooms (1 can be twin), both ensuite, large sitting room with fireplace
Second Floor:
Stairs from the lounge connect to a 3rd double bedroom (can be twin) with ensuite, for the best views from the house.
The outside areas:
The kitchen leads out to a wooden pergola with large table for eating "al fresco", with BBQ
Large swimming pool 10m x 5.5m. The depth is 1.45m throughout in accordance with the law
Large fenced pool area with 6 comfortable sunbeds, 2 moveable large umbrellas, sunwarmed shower, table and chairs.
Safe grass playing fields with mini football posts and toys - slide, swings, mini house etc.
A short walk from the house there are chickens (no cockrels!!!) where guests are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs. There are also sheep and pigs to see (depending on the time of year).
Guests are also welcome to help themselves to fresh produce from the large vegetable garden, close to the house.
A beautiful area for setting off on a long or short walk or cycle ride.
