Description: built on the foundations of an older building this pretty and welcoming house has been restored using the original measurements and the traditional materials of a rustic environment in the Pyrenees – stone and wood. A unique place of peace and tranquillity in a natural setting which at the same time offers a great variety of tourist and cultural attractions. Situated between the Pyrenees and the beaches of Escala and Sant Martí d'Empúries, close to the Torremirona golf course and the towns of Girona and Figueres.
Accommodation: independent residence sleeps 6, on two floors, on the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room with kitchenette, a large sitting room with fireplace, a toilet, access to the garden and a twin room. On the first floor there are 2 twin rooms, each with ensuite bathroom, the rooms share a spacious balcony.
Amenities: swimming pool (5x2m), garden, dishwasher, oven, stereo, satellite TV, garage, extra cleaning services are available on request.
