The Villa “Il Sognio” is situated above Monte San Savino next to Chianti. Surrounded by olive groves and plenty of verdure it offers its guests a splendid atmosphere. The wonderful location is connected with the excellent taste of the attentive und very kind owners of the property, who did not hesitate to equip the accommodations of the Villa generously in every concern. They are all supplied with satellite-TV, phone, ADSL-Connection, oven, dish-washer and an americanstyle coffeemachine. Furthermore they all offer a private outside area with Barbecue.
Underneath the Villa you will find the swimmingpool beautifully surrounded by olive trees. During the day inviting you for a swim the Pool inspires the atmospere of the property during the night and by this creates a wonderful mood.
With it’s forests and olive groves the more than 7 hectare covering property invites you for more than one stroll and offers a good starting point for bike tours and other activities. Close to popular cultural destinations it is also not far away to good restaurants and vineyards, so that you have the pleasure to experience and enjoy the toskana in its whole wealth of nature and culture. In short: a place of splendid taste in every concern.

The apartment “La Limonaia” is located in the lower part of the house. It has a bedroom, a livingroom with kitchen and a bathroom with a highly comfortable shower, which can also be used as a jacuzzi or a turkish bath. From the livingroom with kitchen you have direct access to the private terrace, that offers privacy to a high degree and a view over the olive groves to the Monte San Savino.
A wonderful apartment for two people, who want to experience the toskana in a private atmosphere.
